What Is The Turn Around Time For Each Order?
Once you submit your order request, we will process with a design draft within 24 – 48 hours time.
Once you approved the design. We will complete your design from there on it will be next 3 – 4 working days
(72 / 96 hours later). if you have not received anything within 24 -48 hours time frame, please submit to us a support ticket on our help desk. We will attend in immediate or contact us through our Internet Messenger
Will I Get the Source File / PSD ?
Yes, PSD is included but bear in mind that PSD will be uploaded during weekend if the load is full (this is to keep the productivity in cycle). PSD will be uploaded to free file sharing site for faster download and accessibility
Can I Cancel Anytime ?
Yes, you can but by cancelling you are losing the access to the membership, templates and other content that may help you. But however we have a special deal if you are just looking for our content on much lower price
Is My Payment Secure?
Your Payment is Secure as the third party merchant gateway we use such as Paypal and 2checkout.com has a 128 SSL connection during transaction. Just make sure that you see in your browser that the transaction is made on https://
Will I Be Able To Do Revision?
Yes, once we send you the draft or our design you have 14 days to change that. Once you confirmed that you are satisfied on the design. No further changes is allowed.
No, once it is passed 14 days or you are no longer our member anymore
If the design is FINAL no revision is allowed
How Many Orders Can I Submit Per Month?
As our member you can submit 2 design orders per month. At best it is suggested that you send 2 design orders right away to avoid confusion / delay.
I Only Have One Order This Month, What Happen To The Second One?
if you only have one design order this month, you can use your credit for someone else / your partner / your client design and you can charge them a price for it. Or you can leave it until you have decided what’s your next project on.
I Only Want To Order One Design Each Month.. What Should I Do?
We have the normal option where you can have one design each month. However the price is slightly different if you have not purchase our yearly membership or our monthly membership to be our member. We will still deliver your first draft in 24 hours and finish your design in 72 hours
How Many Slots Available Are There in Exclusive Membership?
There are only 10 members in each level of membership except on the apprentice level we limit to 25 membership. Once the membership is sold out you need to put your name on the waiting list to secure your membership. However you still can order your design and secure your special deal by purchasing the yearly membership to secure your lower price.
Where Do You Get The Images in My Design?
We purchase all the photos / graphics through our photo stock partner. The photos are strictly for personal use only. If you want to have your own photos for the project, you must provide us with the license and where you obtain the photos. We do not practice in legal photos design. We want to make sure that you will be sure with your investment and you will have a peace of mind.

I Have A Design Preference, Can You Follow The Guideline?
Yes, we can do similar style but we can not copy each design exactly as you wanted especially in terms of graphics. We want to create your design to be unique in your visitor eyes. You can always suggest a design preference that you feel fit for your project.We will do our best to match of that your design preference in your project.
I Want To Promote Your Service, How Can I Join As Affiliate ?

Once you refer a sale, your commission payment will be made on each 27th of each month. Since we have 30 days refund policy, your payment cycle will be on the 27th of next month after you refer a sale.
I still need to figure out what I want in terms of design, Can I do Short Online Consultation with your team?
yes, you certainly can get our help. The online consultation will be made strictly based on request if we can help you through ticket support / emails that will be the best medium but if you required a design consultation through online chat / Internet messenger.
Please nominate a time, date and location where you live so we can start an online consultation (please be precise in terms of t ime as we have clients from all over the world). we will limit 15 minutes of online consulation for each client. As we like to focus ourselves on getting your project done. Please make sure that you have SKYPE installed (get it from skype.com)
We will get back to you regarding the best time to do online consultation. If you are sure with your orders all you have to do is just submit your design right away.
What’s Your Refund Policy?
On our membership, the refund policy will only be made if you have not submit any design order. We will return your money in full. If you have order one design, and approved the design draft there is no refund on this state. No partial refund. But your credit will always be held with us.
The refund policy is for 30 days if you have not made any design order with us. Once you have submit an order, we can not give you the refund.
